People usually feel tingling in the hands and feet. This
condition often occurs due to disrupted circulation.
This happens for example, as a cause of long sitting,
when there is a disruption of blood flow in the area
of arms or legs.
Tingling comes very swiftly when we get up, and when the
blood reaches the numbed areas. Tingling may also occur
due to nerve injury, and then it lasts longer and the
treatment is longer.
Injuries in the neck area, or any other source of pressure
on the nerves cause tingling in hands, and the injuries
or pressure on the nerves in the back part can cause similar
symptoms in the legs and feet. Tingling can also occur due
to bad circulation of blood and lack of any cause. Massage,
in any case, helps improving the circulation and reducing
the feeling of numbness.
